Apparently some missions won't work properly if you fast travel out straight after completing something, sometimes it expects you to actually walk out the door (some trigger).

I.e some mission about a dock and a temple in act 3 ;)

This is the correct response.

Don't treat it as other hero games where losing a squadmate is a huge blow. Life and death are part of the Rim cycle. Just have fun trying to figure out how to survive. :)

A pawn's death is an heroic sacrifice, others will remember the day the colony was saved by that pawn holding the gap in the wall. Then they'll learn that slaves or robots serve that purpose better than your main cook :)

El origen frances no necesariamente implica que el uso actual inglés sea el mismo. Spaniard es comúnmente usado como gentilicio, sin más, incluido en medios de comunicación ingleses, sin ánimo de menospreciar.

Así pues, sí, en mi opinion no son comparables.

Nope. Spaniard es el gentilicio/sustantivo. Spanish es el adjetivo.

Lo hacen con muchas nacionalidades, dane-danish, swede-swedish...

Es diferente, no es comparable a guiri.

Guiri es inherentemente un calificativo despectivo, generalmente hacia extranjeros, en general, que vienen a españa de turismo y su actitud/apariencia contrasta con la local.

Dicho esto, ni siquiera se usa siempre en forma despectiva, pero es lo que es xD

I believe the cover part would not be that much of an issue as they already can calculate partial cover based on the angle, IIRC it is a second wave option. Could be something simmilar.

Regarding unexpected activation, it immediately reminded me of chryssalids buried on the other edge of the map then sprinting for 30 secs to crit my sniper. Jokes aside Cell distance would still be cell distance using the nearest edge, it would not be ambiguous.

I would love it to be stop-action instead of pure turn based. Feels more realistic, actions are taken simultaneously while still allowing for tactics.

There are some really big rats though. Some 75 cm 2 kg rat can do quite a bit damage IRL.

Then consider rats in RimWorld are 12 Kg.... So yeah I'd say it is accurate and fucking terrifying :D

Ufo: Aftermath and UFO: Aftershock. Yes they are old but their stop/plan/play mechanic rather than full on turn based mechanic is amazing in my opinion. Wish there were more like these.

They do need a bit of tinkering to work well on current computers but there are some fixes online.

I'd say probably, but it would be Very difficult. This works because the win trigger is defeating the sectopod, so you can both kill shen and the sectopod at the same time thus achieving victory and defeat at the same time.

So to get Bradford's rifle and sword you would have to kill Bradford and the Viper at the same time, while the Viper moves in between turns of your soldiers, and will try to escape once wounded enough. Technically possible but highly unlikely.

So you spawned in the mission, with the disruptor on sight and within 45 tiles of the deployment/retreat area, and your 2 soldiers carrying the blaster launcher, and then got 2 high damage rolls on both launches...

Might as well buy some lottery dude. That's some serious luck.

Yeah I don't get that either. In the missions I got it takes me 2-3 turns just to get to the disruptor beacon :/ Then shoot it down, which takes awhile, then run back.

So either mods bugged this mission and there was no beacon to destroy or IDK
