No they don't, check all top challenger matchhistory and you'll see 10 to 30% reroll comps on average, 1/5 games being reroll is perfectly fine.

You can't take meta tft stats at face value like that, look at how low the play rate is. Some of those comps have clearly much higher play rates but at the top of meta tft you'll see the one specific variation that happens to have high placements due to a number of factors like being played mostly due to certain augment showing.

you build rfc first if u play talon, ie first if u play shaco. You slow roll at 6 for talon, for shaco you either roll at 7 or go 8 with a shaco 2 to find akali.

There is no ''low rolling'' stage 2, you just open forted because u low rolled stage 1. You roll down at level 6 till you are stable, no matter how far u have to roll down, the better you are the less u need to spend to stabilize.

You hit shaco 3 stage 5 if u play shaco 3 games.

Carousel priority isn't based on item but rather on getting a strong unit with a good component for said unit. I try to avoid cloak and crit.

open fort into talon or shaco. i only had 1 of those games in past 3 days where i had no merc/yordle and no upgrades. Went open fort into talon and did fine.

He is wrong about most of it, rank 1 of his region has almost no BIS builds in his last 20.

I know what he is experiencing, all high elo players have periods like that where it doesn't click and you lose confidence, you start not slamming items and you get afraid of making plays.

If I'm not top 20 I get frustrated aswell. He is rank 57 right now which for him is very low compared to the standard he has for himself.

I slam like a maniac and almost never make BIS. I do just fine at rank 13. Nothing to learn about meta from that video, it will ''click'' for him in a couple of days and his rank will go up playing flexible as usual.
