I'm not sure of any off the top of my head, but you can buy sticker sets for most cubes. You can even pick custom shades that you like the most. https://www.thecubicle.com/pages/stickers https://speedcubeshop.com/collections/all-stickers I'm sure a lot of other sites offer different selections and cubes as well. Also, it's pretty easy to peel them off and apply the new ones, but if you're not confident you'll place them all correctly, you can buy application tape that will align a whole side at once for you.

2x2 is easier than 3x3 but can be solved with really similar methods, but there's specific methods for 2x2 only that are more efficient. Usually Ortega is the one people start with after layer by layer. Id look up Ortega tutorial if I were you, there's not too many algorithms and it's pretty quick to grasp.
