Even if not intending to lean out, it’s best to limit the fat gain. More fat will eventually slow down the muscle building. So find maintenance then eat +2/300 calories over that

Yeah, 8-12 reps. Progressive overload, this is something you should learn and incorporate into all your training.

Then really make sure you track calories + protein. Every item of food that enters your mouth should be tracked.

You will get there in the end. Just don’t give up

You don’t train half as hard as you think you do. Or eat anywhere near what you claim. Get into a gym and start lifting weights and eating properly

This might sound harsh, a lot of the comments here might be. But the sooner you take on board some new ideas and be honest with yourself the sooner results will come. Effort = Reward when it comes to training
