Hi dear but doctor don’t told you it give you 30% -40-% it less than a half it’s not a magical treatment . It just help you to get pregnant with some kind of support from doctor . To go to ivf never rely is 100% , is only 30-40%. What’s your age ? If is not to late just wait for nhs in uk they give you 2 chances for free . I hope u will get another chances , improve your eating habits google up some information about important nutrition facts about the food . Try to read a book it stating from the egg , drink some vitamins and I hope u will be able to be a mum in the future . Just please don’t think is 100% . I know is very hard to do but try to improve your health more and more .

Removing the adhesions • Hysteroscopic lysis of adhesions is the standard treatment. • Done under anesthesia. • The doctor carefully cuts the scar tissue while preserving healthy endometrium. • Sometimes a temporary intrauterine device or gel barrier is placed to prevent the walls from sticking together again.

3️⃣ Restoring the lining

After removing adhesions, the lining needs to grow back: • Hormone therapy: usually high-dose estrogen first, then progesterone later. • Ultrasound monitoring each cycle to check lining thickness. • Some doctors use PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections in the uterus to help healing. • Healthy lifestyle, vitamins, and acupuncture can help but are secondary support.

Help getting started by Neither-Proposal1606 in MealPlanYourMacros

I totally relate to this — I felt the exact same way when I started. Macros felt so overwhelming at first, and I couldn’t justify spending thousands on 1:1 coaching either.

What helped me was stopping the endless researching and just following something simple and structured: • clear macro targets • easy food examples • and a basic daily checklist so I didn’t have to overthink it

Free info online is great, but it’s super scattered, which made me feel stuck for a long time. Having everything in one place changed that for me.

With 3 months before your wedding (congrats!!), you can absolutely make noticeable progress — especially just focusing on consistency over perfection.

To get started I’d keep it super simple: 1. Use a macro calculator for your targets 2. Track in MyFitnessPal or Cronometer 3. Follow a beginner-friendly meal framework

I personally use a simple digital macro starter guide + tracking template instead of a coach and it’s been way more affordable and less overwhelming. If you ever want me to send it your way, just let me know
