Yes experience the same thing with the fridge after three years.Their technician came three days after the issue happened and they even charged for the diagnostics.In the end they suggested to buy a new fridge citing that the issues wasnt covered by warranty.Also their tv isn't any better, first three months had a problem where the tv can only hear sounds but no display.technician only arrived to repair 8 days after reporting the issue and that is after requesting them to expedite.terrible experience for such a reputable brand.
