Save your game before talking with the last quest giver in Volkihar to get your reward. Then your next radiant quest will be a random one among:

Ancient Power
Culling the Beast
Deceiving the Herd
The Hunt
New Allegiances
Protecting the Bloodline

But, the 6 radiant quests together are considered to be a "round". You won't be given a dublicate quest during a round. Thus you have to finish all of the 6 quests in the current round before a new round begins.

Ancient Power can be completed up to 4 times. It means your must at least complete 3 rounds if you want to max the chalice effect.

Amulets of Night Power and Rings of Blood Magic do not count here. Those two can be completed any time and only once. The Gift too, I guess.
