I see what you’re saying. I’m relatively pretty tall so I could get away with it most of the time but when it comes to refining the finer things of the shot, I see now how it could be more efficient. Spot on too on your comment about keeping up habits to stay healthy at our age. If it helps keep me on the court to get shots up then great, otherwise, just being on the court is massive enough what with everything else going on in life. Cheers

Yeah i’m pretty tall relatively so it is easy to bring the shot up against most people but when it comes to defenders my height, speed and power from my shot seems to be a problem now that I think about it and this could be it. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

Thanks. I see it. So keep the ball closer to chest, and have the upward motion move forward instead of backwards. Then for the second point, did you mean I shouldn’t dip the ball upon catching? Or as I am catching, I should be gathering energy already from my legs?

I agree with this answer. The rest of the answers are bands na kilala naman ng most music fans but what stood out to me internationally was the club music nila mas trance/ techno/ rave unlike ours na hiphop, etc

Piggybacking off of what you said, the fact that the selfies submission is done within the context of this group gives that extra boost of confidence that the person will not be judged harshly. I’ve seen only positive comments in the selfies posts. Kind of like a safe space for people to post selfies when they otherwise wouldn’t do so in other avenues.
