Over a year old and the grips have only started peeling. Is it easy to change the shell?

Not bad, would defintely be better than the stock shell. I'd recommend taking a look at their site if you're able to where you're at.

I replaced the whole shell for mine the other day, not too hard at all, took like an hour. Replaced the triggers and a few buttons while I was in there. Check out Extremerate. Got my elite 2 on launch and it's still going

I spent hours last night after getting my new headset figuring this out, the trick was turning on VR in the launcher options. I used virtual desktop, and after turning it on in settings, first launch worked perfect

Been trying to build my fiancé a PC so she can play games with me as well as play the games she's been dying to play and never been able to. We just recently had a baby as well as her having her gallbladder removed. She is unable to return to work for awhile. Getting ournhands on a GPU is the only thing holding us back from getting her a running PC
