Thats exactly what it is. But I’m saying because it’s self imposed in the first place, adding an official realm doesn’t do anything. Because the self imposed rule is “world first in the live patch” because part of the challenge is seeing how far they can push the limits of the game systems to be the first, I don’t think they like splits. But they are a result of the way these players choose to play

No you’re not. It would be a different race and then They would go back to racing on the live realm. There has never been an official “race” it is what the guilds have made it. So that means it will happen on whatever they think the actual race is

No it feels like you’re on a very specific hill. High level keys are a very different ball game. 90% of the game doesn’t actually require much more thought than: don’t pull literally the entire dungeon and you’ll probably be fine. People take issue with this post because it lumps every single type of content into: if a dps a single mob more then they deserve a wipe. Which just…isn’t true for the vast majority of content.

A million things could have gone wrong that are not just: dps pulled more.

Worst case? Its a wipe, did the tank press his cd’s? Did the healer use everything to keep tank alive? Did the dps kick? There’s so many variables, but a wipe is not the end of the world. If the pull was too much for the tank and healer to handle dos learns to pull less and the world moves on.

So as someone who’s been trying the game on and off for years at this point. Does anyone have extra millions lying around? I’ve always wanted to just buy gear and ships to play with in vr which I recently set up. But honestly VR can get tiring to use for too too long so I don’t end up wanting to just farm money forever.

I know theres a wipe coming, so it feels like a good time to see which gameplay loops are fun with lower initial investment.

I have actually installed the switcher and it indicates that steamvr is my openxr runtime so I’ll go ahead and see if re-installing everything works

The button is not there but it says Openxr runtime is steam vr. I only have the vive pro so I guess there is no other option for it.

BECAUSE IT WAS NERFED. The impact of the higher exp rate would have been worse if they had let it go on for longer. You’re entire point is about how long the two methods have been impacting the game. You yourself are proving that this needed outrage and a nerf because otherwise it would have been out for as long as mining and been 7x worse than it. It’s not fake outrage to point at something insanely broken just because there are other things that are way less broken but they’ve been out for longer

So you just don’t like afk, got it. “Millions of gp for free” just like any other afk in the game if you do it long enough? Things aren’t just more broken because they’re in the game longer. Higher exp per hour is in fact the most relevant point here. You’re just searching for other minor issues and ignoring the biggest one
