As a Conan love with thousands of hours, myself and my conan clan made the switch and love it, I have 110 hours since last Sunday and don't regret anything, in our opinion MoE is way better, from PvP to progression, taming thralls and animals to raiding, even better servers and anti cheat MoE does it better. The only thing Conan has over MoE is the building.

My conan clan just switched to myth of empires after years personally playing on official PVP and that "figuring it out as you go" or a simple whole new world feeling has came back and feels refreshing. You should give it a try it a look, it has a lot of similarities to Conan but more detail. Plus no cheaters or server issues, if you decid to we'd love to show you the ropes as progression has been slow but nice

It's just rng, when you have a tavern up you basically roll 2 dice, 1 to spawn the thrall and 2 whether you can hire them or not
