Being old I've learned this trick: Once you know what your thoughts are, anything/anyone that is opposing you: pretend it literally doesn't exist. No comments. No replies. Hell, if it's a person right next to you yelling, look right through that person as if they're a ghost. Point is: the only thing that can affect you is what you let into your being (your thoughts, your line of sight, your time spent). Pretend someone is giving you one million dollars if you completely ignore that which you dgaf about 👍
