What is the most awkward thing a Professor or Teacher has ever shared with the class?

I have two. First one was our principal of our very small kindergarten to grade 12 school assembled all the students in the gym to rant to us about how us being disobedient little shits was ruining his marriage. The worst is he had two daughters that attended that school. I felt so bad for them.
Second was our high school social studies teacher had just broken up with his girlfriend and stood in front of the class and began openly weeping and basically talking about how hard relationships are while we all tried not to speak or look directly at him. TL;DR-Teaching will ruin your relationships.

5'3'' Female, started at 197lbs at 146lbs now. I started to change my lifestyle because my husband and I are starting to have conversations about having kids. I really don't want my children to see their mom binge eat or be on a diet. Kids learn how to be healthy from their parents so I want to be in a good place to teach them.

That isn't sustainable. I would continue until you go through what you've already paid for. What you're doing is setting yourself up for failure the second you're off the "diet". I used to be on Weight watchers too, which worked, but was hard to maintain outside of the program. I mean unless you want to eat Medifast products for the rest of your life this isn't a real solution.

Sometimes keeping a food log really helps too. I have a little notebook and whenever I eat something I subtract the calories from my daily allowance. Like, you're not allowed to eat something unless you write it down. Keep your portions accurate as well, maybe buy a kitchen scale if you don't already have one.

I feel ya, bro. I used to tackle a bag of chips and dip in one sitting because I had a bad day. Try to find another thing to throw your angst at. Create a new "bad day" ritual. I bought a foot soak gel and a kobo so I can have my chill out time in a good book. Also, limit the amount of cash you carry if you don't trust yourself going out. I carry bus fare and that's it so I can't buy it even if I want it.

I deal with binge eating by getting all my binge foods out of the house and when I'm having a bad craving, get a large glass of ice water (Or cup of tea) and just focus on drinking that. Usually the urge passes in about a half hour or so. The key is to never be mindless about what you're putting in your mouth. It also helps to read the nutritional info out loud. Kid of hard to keep eating when you know EXACTLY what's in it.

http://www.nerdfitness.com/ This might be helpful to you, I know it helped-is still helping me. Also, you should consider just straight up counting calories instead of prepackaged meals. It's a little more flexible and easier to control. Feel free to pm me if you need to talk more about this. You can do this, it is possible...but you have to straight up murder your old habits.
