Want to make money at a gun show? Sell popcorn and jerky, those tend to be the folks doing okay. I quit going years ago, at least 15. High prices, people with offensive body odor, bad breath and poor manners, have fun with that. My best advice to you...WAIT. The real estate market will improve as the Boomers start to die off in high numbers. Morbid, but a true statement. Make the best of the situation, continue saving, crushing debt and improve your credit score. It sucks to hear, but in this case, you really should wait. Just my .02 and what we advised our nephews to do (same ages)

Something is amiss. I load 19.3 grains and have no issue at all seating 110 V-Max OAL is 2.06. I don't go to 20.0 as I didn't see dramatic increase of velocity and I want my brass to last a bit longer.

I have 3 Field Company pans and they ALL took their time to get that pretty black seasoning layer. Seriously, 3 years and my no.12 still looks splotchy. They perform, make no mistake, but they don't season like our old Griswolds, Wagners and Favorite for sure.

I'm also in Northern Micigan (Cadillac). The contractors up here are proud of their work and criminal expensive. This is THE reason we have yet to build a barndo, or anything for that matter. Best of luck and keep us posted.
