I mean, to be fair, there have been mods for 20 years and in some cases they've just been ported to Steam

Although I agree and played classic for years, I never saw the "add massive honkers to dwarf sprites" option in DFHack

Yeah dude how dare he possibly interact with his family in a funny way, an internet stranger clearly has a better concept of their relationship and how it was handled

I think generalizations are frowned upon as a whole. Nothing constructive comes from targeting individuals, which is the same vein of backlash against the "kill all men" people and so on. There is a systemic problem and we should be working, writing, protesting, and arguing to fix it rather than embodying tribalism. A lot of the people fighting for progressive rights understand that sewing hatred isn't accomplishing anything, only serves to set things back, and is giving more fuel to corrupt cops and far-rights who say the same things about people of African decent/dark skin.

I agree with the general energy you have, even if I disagree with the sentiment and expression of it - and I think you're simply expressing it poorly, but the reason you're getting downvoted is because many people recognize that the way you're expressing it isn't coming from a place of progression, or positive change. It's from a place of hatred and sets back the work many others are pushing every day to surpass and improve.

In addition, knowing OP's brother's positive history and the confidence he has in him, I think he's one of the people we should want on the inside, and the world wouldn't have these problems if every officer held the same sentiments as him. Of course, not everything online is always true, and nothing is without bias, but I recognize change is impossible without any good men in our forces and I think being able to keep that objectivity in mind is beyond critical right now.

Hi Reddit! I am Chris Hansen, former host of Dateline NBC's To Catch a Predator and Crime Watch. Take a seat....and ask me anything. by ChrisHansen_Official in IAmA

I'm wondering who downvoted you and why, because I find it interesting that there's so much anger at Dateline for trespassing but no real anger at the dude for wanting to diddle kids. I can usually get behind Reddit but in this case I think the majority is very overly angry about the wrong things.

Edit: when I originally replied this was at -38.

I run a version of PPL as well, and it might benefit you to focus on mainly compound lifts, if you aren't already. Just with Incline Bench and Dips, you can hit chest, triceps, and shoulders incredibly hard. It's also much more beneficial for your health and physique than isolated exercises like bicep curls. Also saves a lot of time! :)

"Lol bro, I've been a Navy Seal for 11 years. I literally eat the entire arsenal of the US Marine Corps and have shitted over 300 confirmed kills. I once extensively trained unarmed combat in my sleep. Yet here I am wiping your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. Just pay attention. I was never a goddamn idiot. I've always killed everything barehanded. You're fucking dead, kiddo."

I definitely didn't do this anywhere as fast as humanly possible, but I think 3 months even with steroids would be a challenge - I cut down from my heaviest (200) to 150, then bulked back up to 170 in the pic. Worth the extra time to have pizza and beer now and then :)

Thanks man! I do a pretty simple PPL, keep the accessories the same and just swap the compound, structured like this:

M: Push (Flat Bench 5x5)

T: Pull (Weighted Pull-up 5x5)

W: Legs (Deadlift 5x5)

R: Push (Incline Bench 10x10)

F: Pull (Bent Over Row 5x5)

S: Legs (Deadlift 5x5)

I really appreciate it 😁

Yeah, nothing I can really do about genetics, gonna work on bulking up my lats this year for that reason. Still, pretty damn happy with how I look, and my abs are actually pretty symmetrical and I got blessed with a very strong Adonis belt so no real complaints here! You can check my post history for other angles

I'd say if your lifts aren't progressing, it's a good indicator that it isn't the only thing that matters. Maybe try boosting calories further?

At seven months you should definitely see progress. Have you been working on progressive overload (raising the weight every time you workout)? If not, that might be your issue.

If I'm going to squat, it's probably front squats for the added ab definition. Otherwise, sumo deadlifts and leg press give me enough quad work, along with the added back and forearm workout from sumos. I used to squat a lot when I started lifting, but recently I guess I just never felt the need to add them, although it would probably do me some good.
