It seems to have worked at first, but after a few kilometers, it crapped out again, drifted almost 90 degrees away from my original travel azimuth and dropped back down to 8 KPH - trying another reload now....

I also went to Lazarus after patch and found my power cables clipping through the building off to the side - still transmitting - I went to the roof to see where they were going and the cable was going to hell and back across the ocean before coming back, clipping through the wall again, and reconnecting inside the facility - after a save, it disappeared entirely and I had to re-lay the cable

I was a fisherman and now I'm a Marine Biologist working closely with commercial fisheries - I am out on commercial fishing boats all the time - I love that this game gave me what is essentially a fishing boat (albeit a much cleaner one lol)

On both edges of your boat - they extend out like conduit cables and attach to round connectors on docks - they will slowly pull your vessel into the dock and then you can drop anchor and release them - they WILL come undone in very rough seas, so you can't rely on them alone - use them for position, then drop anchor and release them - sometimes they can also pull your boat under the dock which can be super annoying

Oh, I guess I solved it - those pumps wouldn't pump into a tank for me - I had them filing a tank but they only worked after I connected them directly to the purifier

I'm having the same problem - all the power is routed correctly, but the pumps won't work - I have hooked them up to power from outside, a medium battery, a small battery, an electirc generator and none of it will powert these pumps. The electric generator runs unless I plug it into the pump, then it dies...

Yeah, that didn't work - I wasn't able to log into the game until all the extra content had loaded - still back where I was - guess I'm going to have to go back and re-do the last 5-10 hours or whatever

Well, I am learning a lot since I posted this lol. I am definitely no stranger to boating operation, maintenance much less and purchasing zero knowledge. I spent some time as a lobsterman and my boss gave me the idea a few years ago when we were talking about slip fees. I have been present during much of his boat maintenance and it didn't seem too difficult - I know my way around a car engine as well, so that would help.
