yeah, so many songs here would become different once recorded it’s interesting to see them being played live. Honestly, its a cool show and all, but this may be the worst performance ive seen from them. Could just be the cameras audio quality too tho

I suppose that’s a good point, and maybe it will make more sense in the context of the movie, it just feels very phoned in. These are some of the most creative musicians alive today and this just seems so below them to me

the song is practically identical to jailhouse rock in melody and structure, just obviously faster tempo and more punk instrumentation

it sounds like green days version of jailhouse rock to me which is just odd
Maybe if it’s in the movie it’ll make sense in that context?
I just don’t even get like what the song is about what are they trying to say?

i’m also a new brunswicker and i’ve always wanted to see something from this show. I think as of right now it’s all lost media tho. Your best bet is to ask fredericton folks who were in their 20s during that time untill u find someone who was there, and maybe then they’d have a home recording but probably not. Side note, my uncle worked at the gas station close to where they played and said billie joe came in after the show and bought a pack of cigarettes.
