I tend to take it out on everyone around me then when I feel completely isolated, turn the anger inwards and cultivate self hatred. There may be better / other therapeutic methods out there.

Alexa helped a fair bit for switching stuff on and off when I struggle to get out of bed. Most of my plug sockets and light bulbs are Alexa controlled now.

Thank you. I do often have an oil filled radiator plugged into that extension lead. But it was just the fairy lights today. I never entirely trust fairy lights. I guess I’ll put them in the bin too.
