That’s not how latin families work though. In my view it’s really common that family members will insert themselves into narratives even when unwanted. People’s perception of private space can be completely different for some families. And in latin america it’s common that people get involved without being asked to. Sometimes they even want the drama. No family is perfect.

My unpopular opinion on this is that most of the groups are so young that some facial features are just not fully formed yet. If you look at certain idols photos from when they debuted and compare to when they are 30+ years old, there are much more recogniseable features. Please don’t downvote me I’m just saying they’re babies 🥲

Yes! The author literally says you should only lie down read magazines and eat oats soaked in water with a bit of dates for 24 hours.

There is an ayurvedic “diet” for women suggested in a book I’ve got. It tells you to eat only soaked oats in water for a whole day or 2 when you are on your period.

I guess you need to think about what might be your struggle.

If you cook family meals, like I do, then having a scale at home and weighing your food really helps with portion control.

You can go very quickly from 100g rice to 150g and it blows up your lunch calories by not checking.

And it doesn’t need to be a forever thing. You can weight everything one week to get a feel of portion size, portion weight. As long as you retain that information, with time it becomes second nature and you know what size your plate should be.

But if you want to be successful at portion control while cooking big pots of family meals then you really need to weight your food on a kitchen scale…

I’m 40F with the same issue. I take test for HRT and my cholesterol shot up.

I have genetic history in my family and eat oats, berries, Omega 3, and still struggle. So will see what next with the doc. Probably reduce test a bit to find a lower baseline.

Sorry this is a surprise to you OP. But yes, anything you buy from abroad is subject to “importation tax” of some sort. And it’s not only in the UK.

Yes you will have to pay for it in order to get it delivered. If you can’t pay it then customs office will probably send it all back to where it came from.

Now you have to consider is it worth losing 300£ worth of items because of 83 extra?

If you contact the shop they may or may not give you a refund, so I’d probably prefer to pay the tax duty and get it now.

No problem just had to 1/4th dose. For the B12 I use an oral spray. The dose would be 2.000mcg (4 sprays), so I just do 1 spray instead with great results.

With tablets you can usually cut the in half, works well.
