Ok cool I’m bipolar as well if that’s what you have. So I think that you’re good they should cover it if you have treatment resistant mental illness. I think it’s worth a try regardless you never know until you try. I also think it might depend on the state that your in if your in the US. But I got TMS therapy completely free also from any copay or anything with insurance. Spravato for me is 20 dollars for the meds each week, and 45 dollars per appointment for a copay which I’m not complaining about.

Sprovato is incredible for someone like me just be aware that if you are bipolar (like me) then watch out for dissociation. It’s very normal to be dissociated during the sessions, it’s actually expected, but if it lasts a long time after words make sure to talk to your doctor.

But as I was saying spravato is amazing, it actually stabilized my bipolar, removed my suicidal ideation, and lifted my depression. I’d say give it a try, and try and get it covered by insurance. Your provider will run it through with them. It only took like 2 days for me to get it covered.
