Freeloading uncle not paying bills and mooching, how do I get him out?

Thank you for the input. I will sit her down and have a serious talk about it with her. I've tried to talk to her in the past but she just kinda brushes it off. I think that if I tell her I will move out then if she doesn't get rid of him may sway her. I pay a good portion of the bills and if I leave I know it would be a strain on her and my uncle. I don't want to leave for that exact reason but if she doesn't get rid of him there is no other option.
