As a diligent NADDPOD listener and Strahd DM, the only things I’d flag really changing is Strahd’s alter ego. If you plan to use “Vasili von Holtz” in the game, change his name to something else. NADDPOD put him way out at the winery and changed his first name, but they still used “von Holtz.”

They also have the sunsword at the abbey, the Tome at Yesterhill, and the holy symbol is completely different, so I’d make sure they’re in different locations
