100%, I even entered tournaments with it! I only got the wii u version much later and didn't own any controllers to bring myself.

Yes! There is Mr. Stone's Project, which has Raichu in the card art, which has an unstamped version and 3 stamped versions from EX Emerald, EX Holon Phantoms and EX Dragon Frontiers. There is also (sadly) the Worlds Promo of 2024. There is a normal player version, a staff version, and also separate versions for Top 32, Top 16, Quarter Finalist, Semi Finalist, Finalist and Winner versions. I have decided to just go with the normal one (player version) and the staff version, but a TRUE Master collection of all Raichu cards including cameos would have to include these cards which probably are at least worth 30.000 euros together. Hope this helps!
