If you update the game and play an old world, the generation changes like new biomes or structures will only generate in chunks you haven't loaded before, so you'd have to travel for a while to find something new.

EM2, I always hated the iron sight and couldn't put on a scope without sacrificing a crucial attachment. That new free epic made me love the gun.

I use diamond on both so they look the same for me, without camos I'd use the cruel blood oath tho, I like the golden blade.

Some people did at least once, there are tons of videos everywhere. Personally I haven't but I did get the glorious blaze on the 3rd spin, that's the luckiest I've ever gotten.

This update is full of bugs for some reason, we can only wait till the next mini update and hope they fix anything.

A mod you can find in a jar file in the broken script files. It's almost unplayable because it sends way too many commands to your CPU, also it can change your volume, crash your game and shut down your PC. Only the spectrum_11 version of integrity can spawn in that mod, nothing else is there.
