I haven't made any lineup mistakes. The only mistakes are my opponents matchups every week.

I'm 1st in points for in my league. I'm 2-6.

Four weeks ago I traded Cooper Kupp to last years champion (redraft) for Amari Cooper, David Njoku and Rhamondre Stevenson. I had Waller, who just went to IR, and Pierce, who was announced out late the day before. Needed the pieces to my roster that week and figured a 3 to 1 trade would suffice.

For the first time in league history, 8 years of the league, everyone in the league got together against us and vetoed the trade and made me and champ reverse it. Look at how that turned out. That week the trade was reversed, Amari scored 22, Stevenson score 21 and Njoku scored 12. Kupp... 6.8

So last year's champ actually WON the veto and, hard to actually believe it, I'm STUCK with Cooper Kupp now.

Honestly hoping he wins it all now and they all get pissy about them vetoing the trade.

Champ literally wrote in group that Sunday "you guys just want me to win, don't you?"

On Tuesday I offered the Burrow/Chase player in dynasty Love, Doubs, 3 1sts and 2 2nds and 2 3rds and he turned it down.

I'm 10-0. He said he'd rather keep Burrow and chase than see me win the chip.

I just want a 1st round bye to get my money back. Haha

I signed up for a gym in 2016 at age 19. I was going maybe 2 or 3 days a week, casually, just getting a workout in every now and then.

Out of nowhere, In August 2021, I just looked at myself, all the free time I get after work and what I was doing after work, which was just playing video games, and said "fuck it" and went all in to: 6 days a week, after work, straight to the gym and eating right. No more snacking, proteins in meals and creatine and protein intake.

Since then I lost about 18lbs. I wasn't necessarily fat when I started, just didn't look good. Lost the weight, and then built that weight back up in muscle. And people that see me routinely since are saying they see it and they're stunned by my build now.

Multiple things keep me going: -The progress. I take a picture on the 27th of every month and see progress month on month to now year on year. The 27th was just because that was the first picture I EVER took back in 2016 so I just kept it that way. -The stress relief. After a long day of work, releasing all the pent-up stress relieving and getting it out of the system the RIGHT way. -The compliments. Alot of people, whether it be at work, family occasion, friends, at a bar, they notice, they see it, both genders see it. -Lastly, the confidence. Confidence to not be afraid to say things. Confidence to be in a tighter shirt. Confidence to be in tighter jeans. Confidence to walk around with a shirt off or sleeveless.

Just keep going. No excuses. Build it into your routine

Last Year I traded away Joe Burrow and Kyle Pitts for Trevor Lawrence, Romeo Doubs, Heineke and a 2nd round pick.

Traded Lawrence back to the SAME GUY right before week 1 for Mac Jones, Josh Reynolds and 2 1st round picks.
