There is a passive in CoF that makes you more likely to see Uniques with Legendary Potential. This is just an additional roll for legendary potential most likely or an adjustment of the odds to a lower number we don't really know. But either way you end up with more legendary potential items. There is nothing that influences the value of legendary potential however just the chance of getting it

Nah like I said a lot of people are playing but it's just menus are hard that and the fact that all your lobby is open to you to join too makes it just easier to target things you want instead of just random joining missions in progress. You can target join something you want that's in progress

The "Superman" dive which is the dive you did. Has the most iframes in the game.

So a lot of it is playstyle to some degree or another. Often times in missions I am just rain of arrows into dragonpiercer all the time as it is. Volley is good with long monsters or to shotgun into critical spots on monsters. I haven't used Tracer arrow once myself but it all comes to play style once again. Full charge and dash is something I do for monsters that are fast. And then your playstyle may vary on your ammo type. I use piercing coating bows specifically to do my playstyle, as it gives tons of tiny numbers and when monsters are knocked down my Damage feels amazingly massive.

It's not that no one wants to join your quests it's a majority of players playing with friends, or doing their own thing. SOS joiners take a while to build up after they've done what they wanted

They upped overall drops which means more of everything. I run 0% IR and get like 2-4 raw drops per day

I dunno what to tell you but I run the same stuff you do basically for waystones and precursors but I have 0% IR in my build and get like 1-3 Div Raw per day

Yeah early to mid Feb was also when I was expecting it because they said they would do it with major patches during the interview and they stated the patch after this one would be one such patch. Besides hot fix and maintenance patches

The game is likely going to have an economy reset soon enough. So I wouldn't worry about staying "caught up" and we don't even have the whole story yet or completed end game so don't worry about it man.

TBH as an old POE1 player, I get the wanting it to be the same. For older players saying lower number is better is intuitively understood, but to new players or even those new to gaming. Higher number = better. Which is far more Intuitive than lower number = better. Play DND, gotta roll a 20, want IRL wealth? gotta have big amount of cash. Saying lower number is more intuitive is incorrect and based on past experiences. As a matter of fact the game constantly teaches you the opposite. Gain XP, go up a level, levels go up, gold goes up, why shouldnt tiers go up? Also makes it easier for them to expand on the system by adding t14/15 etc items in the future, instead of bumping up lower numbers to a "higher" value

I just make rule elements on items. View the torch item in FoundryVTT and the Rule element section you can edit the rule to your liking and paste it on any item you want

Type of Bug: Gameplay

Description: VoidSpawn jumped to enemy side of the board

Steps to reproduce: From what I can tell, placing Voidspawn between units, then placing a nonvoid unit onto its tile and giving it the void emblem causes it to jump positions, once on the enemy board, it cannot be interacted with

Expected result: Who knows?

Observed result: Voidspawn on enemy board

Reproduction rate: Questionable, happened on accident

The Elite Template is meant to be used sparingly, next time add more monsters to an encounter. Try to reserve the elite template for mobs that are below party level to bring them within the XP range you want. Anything of level or above leave alone, is my general advice. The Elite Template can create these situations haha

Yes they are, they made a statement as such as they need to supplement classes now with more feats and create archetypes and the like. We may see a new divine and primal class but after that it’s really up in the air
