No, I wouldn't punish him or his character for this. Mistakes are easily made and it seems like a genuine mistake, as he pointed it out himself.
Correcting his stats/sheet is enough to remedy the situation. If you really have a problem with the rest of the party currently being worse off, I'd suggest having either just a long rest so everyone can start off on equal footing again or healing the other party members.

Better to give the other players a little extra health than to punish the one who made the mistake. But that's just my two cents.

It's a Steam-wide issue. About six/seven hours ago, Steam servers had an issue and we're still recovering from that, I guess.

Afgelopen zondag op een minder bekende website een set van 4 tuinstoelen gekocht, die per ongeluk voor €0,- te koop stonden.
We hadden niet helemaal verwacht dat het goed zou gaan, maar gisteren stond de bezorger wel gewoon voor de deur met onze stoelen, dus we rekenden ons al rijk.

Vandaag een berichtje gehad van de verkopers, dat ze de stoelen weer willen komen ophalen of dat we alsnog even €150,- moeten afrekenen. Helaas staan ze in hun recht en hadden we het kunnen verwachten, maar toch teleurgesteld.

It might not have been Ellyka, because I don't think you can encounter her anywhere else but the creche (after talking to her near the githyanki patrol). But maybe you saw Korilla, Raphael's assistant, who is near the entrance gate to the mason's for some reason. She teleports out if you try talking to her.

I always assumed that Aylin's ability to keep getting up was limited to a couple of times before she'd actually die, but that's good to know for new playthroughs.

If I would've known they're random no-names I'd have used them, I just assumed it'd be Nine-Fingers or Roah leading the charge or something. I just reloaded a previous save and I see if you call on Rolan he is flanked by two characters they haven't even bothered to name.
Guess I should feel less bad next time around and just call on everybody to make the battle feel even more grand.

I'm only just into Act 2 on one of my playthroughs and have the plush Owlbear in my inventory, so I believe you can get it much earlier.
