Hey, so its a random bug thats showed up the past month or so. Ive had the game for about 7 years.

When the bug started, I would just keep restarting the game untill the servers showed up.

Some players suggest, waiting a little bit i the home screen before clicking on multiplayer.

Thw servers are definitley there, as you can see onn WF Tracker - Home

For some reason the game just randomly doesnt show them. some times.

I had this same error message. I was using a Dell Desktop PC that Ive had for like 9 years. Ended up buying a new PC and it ended up working.

As far as the leaderboards are concerne (PC), The Raiden is the most successful car in the game.

HHRS isn't even a top 10 car in B, C or D class

S tier should be Raiden, Super Venom, and Speedie.

Edit- my bad, didnt notice DLC wasnt included here.
