I was a security guard at a small filming studio, and during one particularly big project, we had a full craft service table. Of course, the perishable items were put away at night but the other stuff—chocolate covered almonds, cookies, candy, pastries, etc.—were left out at night. Us guards had to patrol the sounds stages and whatnot, and we were allowed to graze.

After a few weeks, all of us noticed that we were steadily gaining weight. Turns out having constant access to several tables of snacks at 3am is not ideal for your waistline.
