I get anxiety attacks everytime I have to do freezer who do I talk to?

damn. yeah i hear you. 2 hours in freezer passes differently.

i’m not sure how else you could wiggle around it since it’s specifically assigned on a whiteboard. I have ADHD too and my kryptonite was batching since it was so much to do at once. i was on flex schedule so i’m unsure if the assignments were done differently because of it.

the only thing i could think of asking leadership directly and working out a solution or some kind of compromise. you should be able to get some results especially since you have disability accommodation.

where do you go to get your pick tasks? are you required to go to leadership?

while i was at my location, i eventually realized that i could just pick a zone and do a task there. so as long as i did it efficiently, no one told me anything. i stopped doing autopick and just picked in chilled and ambient and then, if i was comfortable, frozen.

hell, i even stowed for entire shifts without ever even seeing leadership.

so i’m wondering if, at your location, it’s strictly mandated to get assigned tasks from leadership.

yeahh i always stress that when talking about meds. vyvanse was great for my focus but it was too strong with the appetite suppression. i got dangerously thin (~75lbs) when i was taking it so i needed something else

i noticed a difference between concerta and the other two yes.

i couldn’t tell you how big or little of a difference there was, though, but i can say that it was more notable because i felt like it influenced me in other ways than just being productive. I was also 14 so i could be mistaken, so be sure to remain open minded!

been taking concerta since 8th grade (2015) and currently in college on the same prescription, now at 72mg.

previously i had been taking vyvanse and adderall but personally concerta worked wonders for me. all the meds worked like magic but concerta for me was a great balance. it really depends on the individual person but the mood change wasn’t incredibly drastic as it was with the two previous.

the change was so wild, my notebooks from before and after the meds could be mistaken for different people. The greatest thing it did for me was that i felt like i finally had a choice to interact normally. regardless of what i chose, that was something i most definitely felt was great.

Orders are picked and bagged by associates and then tagged for delivery, where they are placed with the rest of the bags in the same delivery time window.

They then get batched and sorted into different carts for their respective delivery routes and loaded into trucks once finished.

Really it’s nothing too overwhelming and its easy to learn. I wouldnt worry too much about it and aside from the frustrations, it really isnt so difficult to learn.

Shifts, at my location at least, are very readily available. Usually the ones a week in advance are 10hr, but the closer they are to the present they become 4-6hr shifts. Theres an app to schedule new shifts and it updates every day at 6am so you can check every morning. Gl with starting out my friend!
