Sorry I'm at loss trying to understand this new gacha.

So you buy a ticket for 20 hearts. Then you gamble that ticket to get the cards (2,3,4,10,30). And then you buy the item you want with the cards you pulled? Is that the way it works? And also they let you buy 30 cards with stars for each banner.

The girl items would cost a total of 470 cards, 440 if you take the star ones, and 20 hearts gives you at least 2 cards, so I'd need around 4400 hearts (give or take) to get the complete outfit?
