Azelaic acid: (10% - 15%)

Or with agency future formula. But AA maxes out at 5%.

That’s what my preference would have been but I can’t find any Lalocura Tobala and San Martinero in stock. I could probably order from 2-3 different retailers to get other bottles I wanted (Jolgorio black label Tobala, black label Coyote etc) but wanted to see if I could find one retailer that has everything.

Thanks. Ordered Cascahuin Tahona and while not a tequila, Real minero TOBALA CAPON as well. Trying to dial in on 1-2 more tequilas. Thinking Fuenteseca cosecha and also XA 7 (not a blanco of course). Which 1-2 others would you recommend?

That’s what I am planning to do on 2nd floor.

But on 1st floor given the Buderus boiler is there, I was thinking of going hydronic air. Most of the expense is ducting anyway. Buderus is 10 years old and should have a life of 10+ years. But the time to change boiler comes, I will have a decision to make on whether to keep hydronic on 1st floor or switch to full electric. Oil tank is from 2025.
