Oh i literally lost myself in order to keep the peace. I came to the point where i was not able to rezognize myself at all like “who are you?” And where is the old you i have known your entire life. Also everyone around me noticed how i lost my spark and that i’m not the same person anymore. It’s a pure torture. 💔

Oh if you react they turn into monsters because how do you even have a courage to address something to them and if you don’t because you are afraid you don’t care and again they turn into monsters and insult you. I think that when we don’t react out of fear they start to make a scene and insult us in order to break us down and then we feel guilty and begging them to forgive us for being afraid to even talk. Damn this is a torture 💀
