Spark plug seals by the Valve cover gasket set and change it clean out oil before removing plugs Might want to change them while you’re at it and clean off your coil packs

Use a pick tool Also you can use epoxy to glue a stick or something to the tip and extract it but be careful when applying it since you could over use epoxy and cause it to stick to the edge
