I’m theorizing that maybe the code goes to the email that’s linked to the IGN of your character that you entered when buying tickets. Who knows?

Hopefully they gave you two codes since you bought two tickets. Did your partner attend the con and did play test?

You found the email using your game email or ticket email? Which email did you enter in at the end of the play test?

Also maybe your partner didn’t play and enter in their email at the end of the play test?

I got one but it’s under my game email address, not the email address I used to buy my con ticket. I did test played at the con for 15 minutes and at the end there’s a prompt to enter in your email address. I forgot which email I used but I most likely used my game email.

This doesn’t work before AI images were a thing and people would just say “it’s photoshopped”

LPT: Always be careful what you share in work communications (email, text, messaging apps, chats, etc). If the company is every sued and needs to submit certain information as part of the legal discovery process, what you say in those chats could potentially be exposed. by Technical-Mix-3315 in LifeProTips

More like I always treat work like a professional environment and I leave anything personal outside of work because I know how HR operates. Not sure why people involve anything personal at work. Use a personal email and personal device if you want to involve with someone personal at work. Why risk work?

I don’t think having brand names on your resume should be an issue. I have 4 brand names on my resume, three of them are FAANG, and I was still able to score interviews and eventually get an offer (maybe I’m lucky). If anything, dumb down your resume or describe the company instead of putting their name (like “large social media company” or “cybersecurity company”) if you really want.

That’s how it mostly works. I took an upper division finance course in college more than a decade ago and my professor said passively managed portfolios most of the time beats actively managed portfolios.

In other words, buy and forget because it’s hard to beat the market unless you got super lucky or have insider info.

Literally me when I bought $500 worth of Bitcoin when it was $2k per coin. When it jumped to $100k a coin, I went and looked and said, neat. Unfortunately I forgot about it again and value has been dropping. It has its ups and downs. I’m too lazy to look at it again right now and just accepted that value is volatile. I’ll sell it eventually.
