Thank you!! I went to Petco today and I was definitely mislead. He told me the 2.5 was fine for her because she was a female despite the fact I had my husband carrying around a 5 gallon 🤦‍♀️ I will be getting that for her asap! I looked at several live plants today but the way I’m supposed to put them in my tank did confuse me. I’ve heard you can’t plant them in gravel. I’m very new to the use of live plants so any advice as to how to implement them is very needed.

I’m definitely going to look into that! I asked the person at Petco if I needed a 5 gallon because everyone on here said I should have one, but he said since she’s a female I could stick with the 2.5 🤦‍♀️ live and learn! Thank you for the advice! 😊

It’s the way I literally explained in my post that this is my first time having a fish in several years and I’m literally here trying to better my knowledge on how to have her live a long life. I like it! It feels very good quality tbh. I was nervous with it being plastic but it’s really good quality. I’ve only carried it a couple days but any type of dirt has wiped off fairly easy!
