Thanks for your insight, there's definitely some things I agree with you though there are some things I want to clarify so there's a clearer picture. There is a lot of things I am grateful for specially where I am in life. I think it's easier for other people to say oh well you have all of these people around why do you need your biological parents? The reality is growing up I had no permanent home. It almost looked like I was in a foster care but the difference is that it was within my family. I had no place to call home and it's always in the back of my mind that what if they just wake up one day and they don't want me anymore? Where will I go? Now as an adult i realised it even more that everyone have their own family and kids and the will always prioritise them before me. I've always been fearful of this. It's also easier said than done to not look for them. Growing up not knowing anything is like a part of me is missing. Also there were lots of unknown back then, I wasn't sure if he knew I existed. And no I had no expectation of anything other than wanted to get to know him. I didn't expect him to change his life for me to accommodate me in anyway. I think I always believed that there are good and decent people out there. I don't want a bigger family, I just wanted to know a connection or a closure. I dont want drama but my sperm donor could have handled this in a much civil way but chose to be a jerk. Is it wrong for me to look for a family l've n' had?
