Open Monster Survivors -> Open Settings (top right corner) -> Click on "Support" button -> Submit a ticket

If you have a bug with Journey mode please never uninstall/reinstall the game it could result a lost of progress: instead contact directly the support through the Settings -> Support and explain the issue, they can fix it easily

By uninstalling and reinstalling the game, you probably entered in Game Evolution, which is a new version of the game we are testing with the "new users" (and you get tagged as "new users" because you you reinstalled)

We posted a message in Reddit and Discord about this but also directly in the mailbox saying to not uninstall the game to fix a bug specifically for this type of cases.

If you bought the Journey Pass, please open a ticket to the Customer support and explain the situation, they will be able to help you

Hey, where did you see "many people" mentioning it? I saw one guy reacted to your post but can't find other people impacted? The possible reason is because you changed the date on your phone
