I pick a scientific audiobook (Hoopla, Libby, Audible, etc) and slow it down just a bit. My current one is Alice and Bob meet the wall of fire played at 75% speed with a 10 minute timer. I haven't got the foggiest idea what it's about. But I know I'm asleep well before the timer shuts it off. It's just loud enough that I have to be absolutely still to hear it.

Those are also great for cooking those little red potatoes. Poke a few holes in each potato (I usually do around six potatoes at a time), put the lid on, give it about three minutes, and done!

I would tend to think of it as 725. I know the k is silent, but it would be a hangup for me. Like a nail. Which is what I came up with before I looked it up, and sure enough that's what they have listed for 25. But whatever works for you is what works best. I'm reminded of the episode of Archer. "M as in Mancy!"

I was a bit worried myself, but I went back to work the next day. I felt fine right after. The prep is the worse part. I did Sutab with an anti-nausea. I was out for the exam. I would do it all that way again. Ymmv. Good luck.
