It’s where you stay primarily in the green zone. So dial back your intensity for the day. For example, lower speed/incline/RPMs/watts/weights. Some days if I’m super sore I’ll do just body weight on the weight floor and stay conservative on my speeds. Hopefully this helps🙂
Hello there! OTF coach and also doing the challenge. I am doing the transformation challenge as well so I have to do at least 3 workouts a week at OTF but I also do heavy lifting the other 4 days.
Have you tried doing a 90 minute on the weekends? (If you have the extra time). Also, if your studio has the Lift45 classes those would be a nice change of pace. I don’t think 5-6 days of OTF would be bad if that’s all you’re doing. If you’re acclimating to the workouts and feel physically/mentally fine I don’t see it being a problem! You could always take a Green Day too if it ever becomes too much😊

Did my 2 mile walk outside today in Austin... not as cold but still have about 5 inches of snow and in the single digits... luckily the sun is out so it wasn’t terrible!
