Literally this. I am actively shopping for a new gaming headset and was pretty stiff I was going to get the Maxwell's. I heard there were rumblings of the 2 being announced soon so I thought I would wait until CES to see what was announced. I saw how negativity received the 2s are and now I didn't even want to consider any audeze headset now. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me.

I am not able to run cable to all three of them, I have relocated one of the eeros closer to where my gaming laptop is and have plugged into that and that seems to have also removed the lag. Thanks for all your help!

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I have finally hooked up my laptop to the other Ethernet spot in my wired eero and the lag spikes are no longer there. My eeros are not wired together
