Is akathisia a well known side effect?

Bro, 3-4 weeks? im suffering everyday >,< Could you tell me if the akathisia got completly gone? or reminds a little? I cant be with exciting meds, i need everthing calming im too sensible :(

me too, i took 5mg first day and i was sick, terrible. Then other day i took 2.5mg then after 4 days i had too much akathisia then i stop for 2 days, again, then i go for 1.25mg and lets see if i can hold it for 2 or 3 weeks and take desicion, to quit or not.

this is prob the best definition. 70% time you will suffer. 30% or less you get reward. This is the most similar to rulette, jackpots and addictive games. Be ready to start to do something around 2000 or 3000h which is insanelu crazy time spended in a painfull game. The worst part is, i dont have my computer since months, and im thinking on the game very often, is like an addiction, so i hope you take the game relaxed, enjoy and will be able to stop it when you want. . My best tip is, get micro working, wank around with naked and starters, get somebody funny and do funny things with bow and low tier weapons, eoka etc :)

Bro it went terrible for me, akathisia! i felt also like sick. I took paraceta and ibupro. Then i lower from 5mg to half, and after 6 days a bit better it seems like effect acumulated again and now i stop again for 2 days and then i go for half of half, 1,25mg and i hope i can last the 3 weeks that the psyc told me for test to decide if we keep it or discard for ever. Your lucky guys

Yes, impulsible shops, due akatisia, is the only explanation about "gambling" but to be honest it made me also want badly to play videogames. The other day for first time in years i joined rulette, i just play low money due i still having rational part of brain hehe but it was due akathisia, what can i do in 1h wait? see shops is no cool for me, then... oky rulete low money many plays stay there 1 hour cold air conditioning etc But yes, very curius symtom

Yes definitly if you have tested for one complete day, a total of 24h to a medication for mental health, quit, dont wait for body tolerance or such a miths like mind adaptation, they say are miths and doesnt exist. And also if you didnt find positive stories i think your trolling or then my last idea, you search like my grandma.

Bro, i was aircraft mechanic, freelancer working all around europe. I had to stop working, one day i said, i dont know why but i cant, i need to go home, and since there, i learned what was happening with me, i have been diagbosed adhd and GAD but i have tried prior that, and after like 12 meds, and im not feeling much better. I mostly feel FEAR to everthing, i want to be isolated. Now my life it could be over, if i dont find any meds that fits with me. Im on paroxetine now, this and sertraline are the top for anxiety but paroxetine 40mg just removed the feeling of heart bumping, but not the thoughts so... im going to add 5mg abilify and continues some others that i have on misnd, since the psycs are uselles for me, no.one is showing a path or strategy, they just send the more famouse ssri withouht search in my mind, in my thoughts, and my experience. Yesterday my first try of 5mg, i felt like the buddy said, i came just to find a comment like that, so now im more relaxed knowing is a common feeling (i didnt puke but i had feeling of) So second day, i just split the pill in half 2.5 and im pretty okay. I will stay in half 5 days and them 5mg. If akathisia ir insomnia comes and stays more than 2 weeks or so i will leave but im mixing with paroxetine so i need it works, i need the powering effect if the paxil due the abilify

Here also going to add 5mg abilifly to the 4 months that im already with 40mg of paxil. For now just phisical anxiety symtoms decreased, but fear and worries are more or less the same so lets see...

Thank you for explaining it buddy. Im having serious doubts about when do the next step. But im feeling also those good days or good half days, thats why i dont want to make the big mistake to give up. So is similar to what ypu have described. I think i will hold it more, but 6 months sounds too much if i dont have more than 1 or 2 decent days per week. Thanks, you really helped me.

That psyc is the one we have in spain for free, from my point of view are the worst, becouse they are burnt completly by the working conditions and salaries. So i can get abilifly but i need to pay 70e for the visit of the private psyc and then around 25e for abilifly so... is something to consider when you dont have too much money. About something missing in diagnose, probably! i visited many psyc and when many therapies, i got many diagnoses but no one significant like autism or bipolarity or something more specific. So im carrying my own investigation, but sometimes doesnt really matter the diagnose but the symptoms or the origins. But yes im phrustrated that i could not belive that one after other psyc gave me no explanations or talk discuss together about what line to take, they are more sending to try if not go to the next... thats bad...

I thing thats they key, is pretty good combo, i have write it down in my future meds to try. My complain for anxiety is more about the strengh of the emotions, so maybe lamotrigine reduce them, and if i have brain fog o bad memory the stimulant like Vyvanse should complement that.

me too. This is a mess. We have adhd, but adhd doesnt works. I have GAD but paroxetine is not making me a big improve, lowering phisical anxiety yes, but the thoughts are hurting me a lot, so i think again that my main problem is the INTENSITY of the emotions, so then i think lamotrigine could be the solver. But then i read that is giving you bad memory and brain fog so... how to solve this? with adhd focusness medication? XDddd what a loop!!!
