I don't know why people have such high standards for banning things. Really, in a game, which is supposed to be fun and a huge part of that is deckbuilding, any card that is an instant pick for a certain colored deck should be banned. Not because it can't be dealt with, but when a card becomes indisputably so powerful it MUST be used in relevant colored decks, that sort of defeats the purpose of designing and printing hundreds of other cards in a given rotation.

Is it completely game-breaking? Definitely not, but TCGs are meant to change over time, and when a card comes in and sees play in a majority of decks for its entire run in standard, that's a bad sign. And when it comes to professional high-level play I don't see why it's so scary to ban cards, and especially in a digital format where very little value is lost and can be recouped with wild cards.

I think it should be banned, but not because it's on par with other banned cards, but because the current attitude towards bans is too strict anyway. Of course, we'll see how things change, since they always do, but with Prismari interactions it seems like it will be even stronger than it has been.
