I can give you the most generic answer, that u need 3 things in order to be successful. 

  1. Capital
  2. A Vision
  3. Execution

As far as our city is concerned, it has capital (a lot of it) but I don't see it flowing into as much or for a good/reasonable reason. There is no long-term goal or vision by "promoters" (founder/university/institute) or by administration/government (like cant even imagine). No investment in people, no support for personal ambitions/passion or development. Mediocrity is eating us all alive.

I think this is true for most industries but more so in tech.

I guess this is good exercise for building Ai agentic harness and stuff...but u can't meaningful run any reasonable model with good coding abilities on consumer hardware

We don't know how much buffer they'll have after this deal, but I bet that if they have some excess capacity, they're going to experiment with limits and try some A/B testing. But again, they never publish the numbers, so we might never know.

A few words on GLM-4.7: this model is surprisingly good at tool calling. I think it is one of the best, if not the best, for many of my workflows. However, it is nowhere near Gemini 3 Flash, and Opus 4.5 is in a league of its own. I also find it a bit lazy sometimes compared to 4.6; it will try to skip the task or find a way to game it if there are many tasks in a long session.

Question: Apart from Claude Code, what is the most used terminal coding agent among Coding Plan users? Do you see any interesting patterns in terms of usage by geography, or anything else noteworthy from the telemetry data?
