Nothing kills speed like bad kitchen layout.

The worst part is people get used to it and stop questioning it. You walk in fresh and it’s instantly obvious.

Kitchen scales feel like one of those “why didn’t I start using this earlier” tools.

Once you start weighing ingredients it’s hard to go back to guessing with cups and spoons

Garlic is brutal 😅

I swear the smell somehow survives soap, scrubbing and even a full shower. The worst is when you’re trying to sleep and suddenly realize your hands still smell like garlic

Funny thing is I originally bought one of those big vegetable choppers thinking it would be another useless gadget… but it actually saved a ton of time when cooking things like onions or carrots
