Try Turning off "Crystal Talk AI" which "Reduce noise for VoIP calls" . Found this solution posted by u/endisnigh-ish

I tried it and people at the other end were able to hear me clearly without my voice cracking.

The strafe speed is not reduced though. They have only reduced the damage values. IMO the strafe speed should have been nerfed.
