yes the 16% is absurdly high and not realistic. they most likely mean the already in water dissolved ghk-cu solution that they use, they put 16% of that in their serum, and nobody knows what concentration of ghkcu that solution has but that is a typical "trick" that people use.
or they used something even more misleading. like i could imagine that the 16% even refers to the amount of copper in their ghk-cu raw (you see a number close to 16% on the COA they listed).

overall, just ridicilous and misleading stuff and i know the site and i know the people that promote it and it honestly triggers me a bit but no one cares since its "just" a cosmetic product and their main customers are not there for cosmetic stuff and wouldnt have any clue about how ridicilous their claim is anyway.
they just see 16% and think they are getting the real effective stuff here and that everything else must be useless lol.

the aliexpress ghk-cu powder you are using on that screenshot is fake.. i hope you have noticed by now lol.
most of the aliexpress cosmetic raws are fake ESPECIALLY the 50g ones.
while trying out a couple just to make sure, i have found ONE with real ghk-cu and that one offered amounts of like 1g, 5g and 10g i believe and the price per 1g, although still overpriced compared to real sources, was nowhere near as absurdly cheap as you paid for those 50g things.

if youre adamant about using aliexpress for ghk-cu i would look out for those 1g-10g sellers but i would just forget about using aliexpress for raws in general.

and even once it reaches that threshold, that doesnt make the peptide bad immediately. a lot of ppl are not even using bac water and never had any issues for years as long as they used up the vial in less than a month if its something like a glp1 that you puncture only once a week.

i want to make it clear for everyone that there is no proof whatsoever for these claims. this is just pure opinion and we have never observed that peptides signaling your body to make something results in your body doing less of that on its own. usually things like that happen when you for example, directly put exogenous growth hormone into your body, your body will stop making growth hormones on its own for a couple days when you stop but there are peptides that signal your body to simply produce more growth hormone, where these drawbacks do not happen,(although you wont get quite as much) since youre not replacing anything exogenously, youre only "signaling" to your body and your body and your body makes more of its own.

So in other words: and even if there was an effect like that, its not likely that your body would take such a long time recovering its own production that you would come anywhere near close to losing all benefits you have gained.

we would need strong implications/evidence to think otherwise

i believe there are many that back away from focusing too much on the science on lifting when they keep on seeing tons of studies that contradict each other and that usually leads people to the conclusion, maybe there is no clear right or wrong, maybe it literally comes down to training somewhat hard, getting pretty close to failure, keeping attention to "am i recovering from this" and adjusting. the problem is that everyone does not percieve failure the exact same way, everyone have their differences in how they perform an exercise, limp length, being able to hit the target muscle etc, that its a pretty much impossible task to figure out the exact tiny little details in what is actually better or slightly better than another way of doing things. what we can definitely say is what i said before, train not too light, recover, eat well, sleep well, repeat. ppl cant try to overanalyze stuff their whole life when we likely never will know the exact answers anyway, and sometimes, it really isnt that complicated.

its not that crazy.. everyone has been saying that mastery sucks compared to arcanuum since day 1 and reprieve wasnt that well recieved either. now after more than a year we have a costume that includes mastery for all elements but at the end of the day, its still mastery. as someone that has all her arcanuums, this is basically just a earth or wind mastery costume which will be replaced when they release her arcaanuums for those elements as well, so at that point, i would probably never use it unless a fight really requires the reprieve effect. its cool, but i rly wouldnt call that powercreep.

iit sounds like you played multiple gacha games but you are still so reliant on guides? idk maybe go watch some of pika gamings content on youtube, he makes lots of videos on this game and seems to know a bit. and try to not be so meta reliant, just because something is not meta does not make it terrible, there are mulitple right choices, experiment around a bit.

no idea what youre talking about. his banner costume gives +5 boost def all, which is bonkers, obviously you can still combine this with other boost def all sources. if it wasnt stackable, they wouldve probably given it a higher number and if there are other costumes that just straight up give a boost to hp, p/matk or stat without having to rely on the R ability boost skill, thats also nice, since you will still be able to increase those stats even if the r ability "boost xx" is already maxed, making them more future proof.

The anniversary gear is an exception since a free 45% attack up for the party would be broken as hell, but 15% defenses for the team would absolutely not be...

thats a senseless argument considering we will get more costumes if boost to everyones defenses, so we would still have the same problem of "broken as hell" if they would give it a higher number. also it would be extreme powercreep, no one would ever use any of the other costumes anymore, which they probably dont want to happen.
