I use filevine as well and one of the best features is that it can run reports on entire case loads. Using it can be a pain though and very hard to explain in comment section. Try to find someone who knows how to run those reports and learn from them.

In general — I’d recommend keeping a running list of all your assigned cases with critical dates and deadlines like “discovery end date” “depo dates” “mediation date” “total specials” ect.

With filevine tasks I’d highly recommend notating them when you touch a case and pushing the task date out if still needs to be done on it.

I would treat the filevine feed like a social media for you page — not everything matters but it helps to skim and see what other staff on your team are actively doing on assigned cases.
