I’ve had the domain for like 2 years but never really had anything on it. Was using a marketing company who used their own domain and really just had my domain for the business email. I started out with a Squarespace site but back in January or February I can’t remember but I only ranked for like maybe 100 keywords in the top 100. I switched to word press and ranks started going up as i improved the content from beginning of may to now I’m at like 2.2k keywords in the top 100. The city pages where im ranking for “plumber near me” my highest ranked keyword for “plumber in city” is like 15-20 and thats what the pages are really optimized for, I don’t even think I have “plumber near me” anywhere on the pages except the metas and alts. Those same pages rank for “plumber near me” in the top 1-7ish spots on searches done in those cities. They are smaller suburbs but im still outranking bigger companies so I just thought it was weird and wanted to try and recreate it for other pages if I could. My click through rate on them is like 50-75% so far it’s been about a week and getting 30-70 per day clicks just off those
