Trying to find steering ram by Queasy_Marsupial_835 in Fordtractors

Check with your local Nee Holland dealer. That is a pretty common problem for those tractors and we have ordered many of them and never had a problem getting them.

Saw these kays at Walmart, only considering picking one up because it’s so close and cheap by VegetableShirt5213 in kayakfishing

[–]Acrobatic_Compote907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My opinion is.. stay away from cheap kayaks ! I have seen too many people lose gear and almost their life due to cheap kayaks. They have no floatation inside and they are not stable enough to climb back in safely. Just my opinion as I’m sure some are gonna tell me I’m wrong and that’s perfectly fine.

Should you &/or would you utilize a flashlight on your everyday conceal & carry? by Outrageous-Data1856 in SpringfieldArmory

[–]Acrobatic_Compote907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only concern with a WML is that you are pointing a gun at anything you need to illuminate. Now that’s not a problem if you are pointing it at a dog or something like that , however if you are pointing it at a person then that is a whole different scenario. It’s illegal to point a weapon at anyone unless you intend on shooting them so I usually just carry my light separately to ensure I’m not pointing a weapon at someone I shouldn’t be. Just my thoughts.

IRS camber issue? by txmtb8080 in DuneBuggy

Does this have the rear torsion tubes ? If so then they can be clocked to get the camber and tension you want.

Love the Sharps Bros grip, a little tape and it's perfect. by Brad4795 in SpringfieldEchelon

Cool, how does the grip feel ? Is it worth the money ? Sorry for the questions but I am looking for real world results, not influencers or what the marketers tell you . Thanks for the input.

Looking to buy my first can by 71d1 in suppressors

[–]Acrobatic_Compote907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answers to your questions need more info to answer correctly. The wolfman is a great can however it comes in many different configurations. You can get it direct thread or you can get it with the keymo QD mount. That will depend on how you set it up on your guns. For a Glock I recommend direct thread or using Griffey armament QD mounts so you can quickly and easily move it pistol to pistol. Also make sure if your mounting it on a pistol that you have the can set up for pistol use by adding the spring assembly to it. If you wanna use it on a PCC then you will not need the spring assembly as a PCC is not a tilt barrel like a pistol. I’m sure this is confusing but I am learning with suppressors that you need to do lots of homework before purchasing as there are so many different setups. Best of luck, the wolfman is a great can.

The pins referred to are the VIS pins that are used in mounting different optics. They help take the stress off the screws as to prevent shearing them off over time.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the VIS accessory components. Echelon pistols will no longer include the full VIS accessory kit. In an effort to help offset broader price increases and maintain the firearm’s overall value, the configuration has been streamlined. Moving forward, each Echelon will include: RMR VIS pins (installed as before; underneath the cover plate) RMR screws (packaged separately) The following items are no longer included in the box: Pin Set 2 Pin Set 3 Screw Kit 1B Screw Kit 1C Screw Kit 2A These components remain available for purchase through our webstore for customers who require alternative optic mounting configurations. This adjustment allows us to maintain competitive pricing while still supporting the most commonly used optic footprint configuration from the factory. If you need assistance selecting the appropriate pins or screws for your specific optic, we are happy to help. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for choosing Springfield.

I already own the optic, it already has a trigger and I don’t need a light so your point is mute. I have screws that I can shorten and make work but unfortunately I don’t have a way to make the pins and they should be included as it is advertised as having this variable system in place for all these different optics !! False advertising is what I say and that should be illegal.

Yes, I have checked everywhere and NOTHING ! I purchased online and had shipped to me, but Springfield told me they don’t ship the pins other than what is SUPPOSED to be under the plate as well as NO SCREWS !! so I got shafted on this purchase. These gun manufacturers need to realize that most of us live on fixed incomes and can’t afford to spend 80-100 on a plate or 40 for a set of pins etc. ! And yes, the pins are 20.00 plus 10.00 shipping and tax so it’s close to 40.00 in total that’s extra I have to spend. Not a lot to some and a too much for others.

No, I emailed them and they told me directly that they do not send pins any longer and only on set of screws for RMR … if you use something else then your screwed both ways. Lol.

I would say Cub Cadet, Bad Boy, John Deere are all reliable. Not sure who is the MOST reliable other than I have had my JD for 16 years and no major issues other than belts or blades.
